Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, center, attended the largest U.S. naturalization ceremony in Iraq to date, Nov. 11. One hundred seventy-eight foreign-born veterans earned U.S. citizenship at the event held Veterans Day. The ceremony was sponsored by the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).
