U.S. Army Maj. Brian Kruzel, a deployed Soldier with the 42nd Regional Support Group, New Jersey National Guard, receives a COVID-19 vaccine at the Role 2 compound at AAAB, Iraq, Jan. 21, 2021. The COVID-19 vaccine is given in two doses and is more than 90 percent effective, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
