Maj. Shayma Nawaf Salti addresses the participants of the Women, Peace and Security workshop, hosted by the Civil Liaison Team-Levant, Civil Affairs Support Detachment, U.S. Army Central at the new Military Women Training Center in Al-Zarqa, Jan. 13, 2021. Maj. Shayma is a subject matter expert and attended the gender advisor course in the United States. This is the first U.S. sponsored Gender Integration event in the Kingdom of Jordan in nearly a year due to COVID-19.
