The Counter-ISIS Train and Equip Funds program at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, led by U.S. Army 1st Lt. Joshua T. Bowen, a Forward Logistics Element CTEF responsible officer, divested more than $2 million worth of land cruisers to Iraqi security forces Jan. 19, 2021 here. The 45 land cruisers will provide essential transportation equipment to the Iraqi military as they conduct daily operations in their continued fight to defeat Daesh. The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve is committed to continue to build the capacity and capability of the Iraqi security forces to ensure the enduring defeat of Daesh.
