A paratrooper prepares to secure a litter holding a “patient” to the inside of a C-130 Hercules with the help of Air Force personnel during patient loading procedure training on Pope Army Airfield, Aug. 15. From Aug. 14-15, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, paratroopers conducted the training to prepare for a Joint Readiness Training Center rotation in October and to increase their technical and tactical proficiency ensuring they are prepared for rapid deployment to anywhere in the world for any type of mission.
