    U.S. Army Garrison Presidio of Monterey

    Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Londers and Col. Varman Chhoeung, the Presidio of Monterey's garrison command team, break ground for a new $80 housing project geared toward junior enlisted, Jan. 14, 2021, at the Lower Stilwell community near Seaside, California. The project will bring 100 new homes for enlisted service members in the grades of E1-E4.
