    Professionals with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District meet with health care representatives at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, California, Jan. 5, 2021. The Los Angeles District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in coordination with and in support of the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, is providing facility assessments, technical assistance, engineering expertise, as well as contracting and construction management support as needed to address the increased demand on the hospitals oxygen delivery systems.
