Oklahoma District 5 Congresswoman-elect Stephanie Bice watches as Nathan Pitcovich, 76th Commodities Maintenance Group mechanical engineer, demonstrates a Romer arm laser scanner tool during her visit to the Reverse Engineering and Critical Tooling (REACT) Lab Dec. 17, 2020 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The Romer arm scans aircraft parts, which are no longer in production, creating digital models.
