SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 12, 2020) Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Asheville (SSN 758) and the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) discuss a safety brief before conducting harpoon shipping, loading and handling certification training. The certification is required in order for the submarine to carry and employ warshot tactical Harpoons.
