U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 86th Medical Group and 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron carry a simulated COVID-19 patient onto a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Dec. 18, 2020. The simulated patient was transported within a Negatively Pressurized Conex-Lite aboard the aircraft during an 86th AES training. Throughout the training, Airmen were presented with various patient transfer scenarios and worked together to execute the mission both on-ground and in-flight.
