U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 721st Aerial Port Squadron load a Negatively Pressurized Conex-Lite onto a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Dec. 18, 2020. The 86th AES used the NPC-L in a COVID-19 patient movement training that ended with a proof-of-concept flight. Throughout the training, Airmen were presented with various patient transfer scenarios and worked together to execute the mission both on-ground and in-flight.
