SILVERDALE, Wash. (Dec. 15, 2020) – Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday views the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Nevada (SSBN 733) while it sits in Naval Submarine Support Center Bangor's dry dock, Dec. 15. Gilday also visited Unmanned Undersea Vehicle Squadron (UUVRON) 1 and met with other Pacific Northwest units to see first-hand how the Navy's undersea and submarine forces are advancing in key mission areas related to warfighting readiness.
