U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Priscilla Saint-Cyr paints the wall of a theater stage during a community service project at the M'Lop Tapang Orphanage in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, Aug. 6, 2012, as part of Pacific Partnership 2012. The COMSERV project gave PP12 participants a chance to interact with area children while painting. Pacific Partnership is an annual deployment of forces designed to strengthen maritime and humanitarian partnerships during disaster relief operations, while providing humanitarian, medical, dental and engineering assistance to nations of the Pacific.
