Brig. Gen. John D. Haas, assistant adjutant general- Army and Command Sgt. Maj. Dave Lanham, command senior enlisted leader, with the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) present the Florida State Flag to Capt. Kelly Flunker, commander of C/3-265th Air Defense Artillery Battalion, and 1st Sgt. Lynwood Wright during a departure ceremony, Saturday, November 28th in Palmetto, Fla. Together they will lead the Soldiers of C/3-265th ADA BN to the National Capital Region (NCR) in support of Operation Noble Eagle (ONE). The flag will accompany them on their deployment to fly over their headquarters, serving as a reminder of the family, friends, communities and the State they left behind, while also expressing the pride they have in the State of Florida.
