The 87-foot Coast Guard Cutter Osprey, homeported in Port Townsend, Wash., delivers a secondary hydraulic pump to the Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star’s crew while the heavy ice breaker is anchored in Puget Sound, Saturday, December 5, 2020.
