Soldiers from the Alabama and Florida National Guards assist displaced victims to a relief center to get medical treatment, food, water, and transport to non-contaminated areas during a simulated nuclear and radiological attack during the Vibrant Response 13 exercise. The Vibrant Response 13 exercise prepares a military specialized response force to assist local authorities in saving lives and relieving suffering following a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, or Nuclear (CBRN) incident.
