Soldiers from the 129th Medical Company, Alabama Army National Guard, administer medical care to victims being pulled from a smoke-filled building as a result of the rioting during the Vibrant Response 13 exercise. The Vibrant Response 13 exercise prepares a military specialized response force to assist local authorities in saving lives and relieving suffering following a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, or Nuclear (CBRN) incident.
