The Cape May, left of photo, and Cape Flattery, right of photo, moored side by side during oil recovery operations to remove oil products from inside three abandoned tugboats Dec. 1, 2020 at the St Croix Renaissance Group facility within Krause Lagoon in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
