A specialized diver and cleanup crews conducting assessments and oil recovery operations for the abandoned tugboat Cape Lookout Nov. 25, 2020. Coast Guard pollution teams are monitoring the final stage of cleanup operations Dec. 2, 2020 in which National Response Corporation, as the Oil Spill Removal Organization hired for the project, and Resolve Marine crews have recovered approximately 25,000 gallons of oily water waste/oil product from within the vessels, which also include the tugboat Cape May and the Cape Flattery.
