Electrician Rich Shertza installs ground wire to bond all metal parts of the AN/TSC-167 Satellite Transportable Terminal. Electrical bonding is a safety measure to prevent a person from receiving an electrical shock. The ground wire provides a path to a main ground point, which will trip the electrical breaker. Shertza works in the Systems Integration and Support Directorate’s Electrical Cable Branch.
