(Nov. 9, 2020) - Sailors assigned to Navy Region Northwest raise the “12 Flag” as Seattle Seahawks’ mascot, Blitz, cheers them on in honor of the NFL’s Salute to Service at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, Nov. 9. Salute to Service is a year-round effort to honor, empower and connect our nation’s service members, veterans and their families. The NFL extends its appreciation of the military community through special moments of recognition at games, events and visits to military bases both domestically and internationally.
