Maj. Gen. Steve Gilland, commanding general of the 2nd Infantry Division, stands centered with the senior leaders from the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division during a Transition of Authority (TOA) ceremony on Nov. 12th, 2020, Camp Hovey, Republic of Korea. The TOA represented the official hand over to the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team “Raider,” 3rd Infantry Division as the 9th rotational unit on the Korean peninsula.
