Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Henderson, machinery technician with the Maritime Safety and Security Team, gives it everything he's got to pull himself up a 15-foot rope during a 31-minute, crossfit workout at Guantanamo Bay, Aug. 4 to raise money for the families of the 31 heroes killed in a Chinook helicopter crash, Aug. 6, 2011. The event is part of the 31 Heroes Project which more than 430 gyms participate in around the world.
