Army Capt. Ernesto Gutierrez, Joint Task Force Guantanamo J21 officer in charge, ascends a 15-foot rope during a 31-minute, Crossfit workout at Guantanamo Bay, Aug. 4 to raise money for the families of the 31 heroes killed in a Chinook helicopter crash, Aug. 6, 2011. The event is part of the 31 Heroes Project which more than 430 gyms participate in around the world.
