Col. Vincent Dawson, commanding officer of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, converses with partner nation service members via video call during a planning exercise at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 26, 2020. The U.S. and partner nation training will consist of virtual exercises and subject matter expert exchanges leading up to the multinational maritime exercise UNITAS LXI.
