    Col. Vincent Dawson, the commanding officer of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, and Master Gunnery Sgt. Jose Marquez, a Latin America foreign area staff noncommissioned officer with the task force, speak over a video call with partner nation military members during a planning exercise at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 26, 2020. The U.S. and partner nation training will consist of virtual exercises and subject matter expert exchanges leading up to the multinational maritime exercise UNITAS LXI. This exercise is designed to train U.S. and partner nation forces involved to conduct joint naval operations in order to increase interoperability and capability between participating naval and marine forces.
