William Touchette, a pneudraulics system mechanic at Fleet Readiness Center East, secures a connection between a V-22 Osprey swashplate actuator and a new test stand before running acceptance testing procedures on the component. The new test stand, developed in partnership with the actuator’s manufacturer, will allow FRCE to improve support of the critical component by reducing testing time and delivering functional actuators to the fleet more quickly and directly.
