A group of U.S. Navy personnel in NWU (Navy Working Uniform) camouflage are gathered outside what appears to be a large military medical facility or naval installation. All individuals are wearing face masks, suggesting this was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic period. A red emergency vehicle (ambulance or utility truck) is visible under a covered entrance in the background.
