The patch of 143rd Regional Support Group is displayed on a deploying Soldier's left arm prior to departure at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Windsor Locks, Conn. on Oct. 4, 2020. The unit recently received approval to wear the patch of their predecessor unit: the 43rd Infantry Division and this occasion marks the first combat deployment of a unit wearing the patch since World War II.
