U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Lorenzo Graham, assigned to North Atlantic Treaty Organization, assembles one out of four weapons at the "Pile Test" lane during Europe’s 2012 Best Warrior Competition, hosted by the Joint Multinational Training Command, also known as JMTC, at Grafenwoehr, Germany, Aug. 1, 2012. The four-day competition challenges soldiers and noncommissioned Officers in warrior tasks and drills, decision-making, problem-solving and leadership. The winners will be announced during an Aug. 16 award ceremony in Heidelberg, Germany. The winners will attend the Army-wide noncommissioned Officer and soldier of the Year contest, Oct. 15-18, at Fort Lee, Va.
