U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Elliot Robbins, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, calls in a MedEvac at a situational training exercise lane during Europe’s 2012 Best Warrior Competition, hosted by the Joint Multinational Training Command, also known as JMTC, at Grafenwoehr, Germany, August 1, 2012. The winners will be announced during an Aug. 16 award ceremony in Heidelberg, Germany. The winners will attend the Army-wide Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year contest, Oct. 15-18, at Fort Lee, Va.
