TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Sept. 27, 2020) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Jacob Mooney, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, Construction Dive Detachment Alfa, calibrates equipment for a bathymetric survey of the Tinian Harbor. UCT 2 is conducting inspections as part of a maritime infrastructure assessment of the harbor and surrounding waterfront facilities in Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands during their 20-2 Indo-Pacific deployment. UCT 2 provides a capability for construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of ocean facilities in support of Navy and Marine Corps operations.
