Maj. Gen. David H. Huntoon Jr., commandant of the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pa., greets Dr. Hussein al-Zubaidi, provincial council member in charge of security, upon his visit to the Diyala Operations Center in Baqubah, Iraq, Nov. 2. Huntoon visit was focused on lessons learned in Diyala province, as well as promoting his son, a Soldier with 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division.
