Michael Dunbar, Civil Support Training Activity, U.S. Army North, briefs Staff Sgt. Michael King and Sgt. 1st Class Wendell Reed after the two detected radiation from a nearby parked car at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center as part of Vibrant Response 13, a catastrophic incident exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North. King, the survey team chief, and Reed, the chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear noncommissioned officer, both 45th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team, Tennessee Army National Guard, were clearing a route to an area hospital for the scenario.
