PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 6, 2020) — U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Brendan Jones, a platoon commander with Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, identifies simulated possible threats aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) during a training exercise in the eastern Pacific. The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps continue to combine efforts to refine and strengthen fundamental amphibious capabilities and reinforce the Navy-Marine Corps team.
