NAVAL AMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO (Aug. 3, 2020) – Vice Adm. Richard Brown, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, (CNSP), gives remarks during a change-of-command ceremony for CNSP. During the ceremony, Vice Adm. Brown was relieved by Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, (former) commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic, as CNSP. CNSP’s mission is to man, train, and equip the surface force to provide fleet commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore.
