Military personnel from multiple branches are gathered in what appears to be an indoor facility, likely a medical or administrative building. A Navy service member in NWU Type III camouflage is gesturing and briefing or directing Army personnel, all wearing face masks consistent with COVID-19 protocols. The group includes at least two U.S. Army soldiers and two U.S. Navy sailors in a joint-service interaction.

CAT conversation... U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Ronald J. Place, Defense Health Agency (DHA) director receives insight on Naval Hospital Bremerton's (NHB) COVID-19 Asymptomatic Testing (CAT) Clinic from Lt. Cmdr. Mia Jin, CAT Clinic coordinator and Public Health Emergency Officer. NHB hosted Place and the Honorable Thomas McCaffery, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs July 16, 2020. The CAT Clinic opened just 10 days earlier to test asymptomatic service members sent from their respective command, pre-operative surgical patients and those deemed necessary for administrative purposes (Official Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Meagan Christoph, NHB/NMRTC Bremerton public affairs).
