Similar to a Planning Charrette, representatives from different departments across the municipality met to discuss updates to the 2020-2025 Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Plan. The group came up with goals, objectives, and recommendations for the next 6 years in disaster management. Fontanet’s task was to lead the Response workgroup.
