2nd Battalion 12th Cavalry Regiment "THUNDERHORSE", 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team conduct individual medical screenings on Troopers for their Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise or EDRE in support of exercise Defender Europe-Plus. The EDRE is an opportunity for the THUNDERHORSE Battalion to demonstrate the unit's readiness while testing its ability to deploy a combined arms battalion on short notice while incorporating COVID-19 precautionary measures to protect the health of the force and the host nation population.
