Two soldiers in woodland camouflage uniforms are on red laterite soil, with one soldier lying on the ground while another kneels beside them administering what appears to be first aid or medical assistance. The standing soldier is wearing a helmet and tactical vest with a pack, and appears to be applying something to the face of the downed soldier. The setting and equipment suggest this may be a military training exercise or field medical drill.
