The image shows military personnel in woodland camouflage uniforms conducting what appears to be a combat casualty care or tactical first aid training exercise on red laterite soil. Two soldiers are attending to a third soldier on the ground, with an AK-pattern rifle with a tan sling lying nearby. A partially visible figure in different camouflage (likely an instructor) stands at the right edge of the frame near a muddy water pool.
