A 20-foot vessel transporting three migrants of Dominican Republic nationality was interdicted by a Puerto Rico Police Joint Forces of Rapid Action marine unit July 1, 2020 in the Mona Passage just off Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The Coast Guard Cutter Heriberto Hernandez (WPC-1114) transported the migrants just off Dominican Republic waters, where they were repatriated in the afternoon to a Dominican Republic Navy patrol boat.
