The crew of the Coast Guard Richard Dixon (WPB-1113) cutter boat is on scene with a 35-foot migrant boat with 45 migrants onboard June 29, 2020 in the Mona Passage off the west coast of Puerto Rico. The migrants were repatriated by to a Dominican Republic Navy vessel in waters just off the Dominican Republic. (U.S. Coast Guard photo).
