Mike Monreal speaks to nine graduates from the NAVFAC Leadership Development Program (LDP) during a virtual ceremony held through Microsoft Teams. The LDP provides leadership development through progressive learning opportunities consisting of formal education and training, rotational assignments, and other developmental activities.
