The image shows personnel on what appears to be a naval vessel deck engaged in what looks like a firefighting or hazmat drill. One individual is wearing a full aluminized proximity/fire proximity suit with a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) tank on their back, appearing to assist or carry another person. A third crew member wearing a face mask observes nearby, with chains and red emergency equipment visible in the background.
