    A U.S. Coast Guard rigid inflatable boat (RIB) numbered 26230 is alongside a blue and white open-hull vessel at sea. Coast Guard personnel in orange life vests are aboard the RIB, which appears to be conducting an interdiction or boarding operation. The blue vessel contains what appear to be wrapped packages or cargo, consistent with a drug interdiction scenario.
    The image shows a large collection of black-wrapped bundles arranged in a grid pattern on what appears to be a dark flat surface, likely a ship deck or similar platform.
