200512-N-OW019-0065 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 12, 2020) Navy Counselor 1st Class Arcy Espineli, from San Diego fires an M240B machine gun during a live-fire exercise aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59). Princeton is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), as part of Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG). COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the CSG, while testing its ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
