A U.S. Special Warfare medic, assigned to Special Operations Command Europe, prepares to issue an IV to a simulated patient out of a CV-22B Osprey, attached to the 352d Special Operations Wing, March 25, 2020, over England, en route to a medical facility. The training featured a Lithuanian SOF member being extracted by a CV-22B Osprey following a simulated IED blast to the leg. During the bilateral engagement, which included infiltration/exfiltration with the CV22B Osprey assigned to the 352 SOW. Routine bilateral engagements enable partners to respond for any contingency effectively, as well as continue to train and increase their readiness and collective defense.
