FORT BENNING, Ga. – At Fort Benning's main gate April 24, security guards check for proper identification of motorists seeking entry to the post. To minimize the spread of COVID-19, officials in March banned most visits, including those for social, recreational or entertainment purposes, but are also okaying requests for certain other visits they deem appropriate.
