Members of the Army Corps of Engineers’ Chicago District and Emergency Operations show Col. Arron Reisinger, the commander of the district, current status of construction of the COVID19 Alternate Care Facility in West Lake during site walkthrough on April 13. The Chicago District, in support of FEMA, the White House, Department of Defense and the state, are currently constructing approximately 4000 COVID19 patient rooms at four ACFs within the state of Illinois.
